Hi, I’m Shantanique Jackson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TFCBT). I specialize in working with youth and young adults ages 10 to 25 who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also enjoy working collaboratively with families to strengthen communication, support emotional growth, and create lasting change at home.

I take a real and relatable approach to therapy — I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a space where they can be fully themselves. My sessions are conversational, collaborative, and focused on helping you build insight, coping skills, and confidence.

Outside of therapy, I’m also the author of a children’s book series focused on mental health, which reflects my passion for helping young people understand and express their emotions in healthy ways.

My goal is to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a supportive space for growth, reflection, and healing — for both individuals and families alike.

Before beginning therapy, I offer a brief consultation to ensure we’re a good fit and to learn more about your needs. During this time, we’ll discuss what’s bringing you (or your child/family) to therapy, what goals you’d like to work toward, and what you can expect from the process. Consultations are 15 minutes and held virtually for your convenience.

Choose the option below that best fits you or your family, and let’s take the first step together.
